Sri Lanka Higher Education Ministry has released the candidates list for the second batch of University Leadership Training Program 2012. 

Enter Your National Identity Card Number (ID No) and check whether you have selected for the Second Batch of Leadership Training Program 2012.

Details of the Third batch will be published on Third week of the January 2013. Second batch scheduled to start from January 16-February 1.

  4. dear friend and ugc commissioner,i wish to bring kind notice that i wrote in 2011 a/l commerce stream..i got changing a/l result 2c ,s..but, my district rank is 35,but, i didn't yet get leadership taining letter and my name is not in this name list,thats's why,my family and i very worying,because,my famil is so poor...i am expecting that anyone will help me. .please take a action .my life is in your hand.....please please please......my a/l index number is 8324735 and nic no:902313486V.
