  3. We hope admission procedure related to 2012/2013 will be just and fair without giving undue preference to repeaters. It is commendable if Higher education minister can honour his words and university acadmic year for 2012/2013 could be started in October 2013.

  4. we hope that the procedure for 2012/2013 intake of university students will be fair without any injustice towards repeaters. after all both the new and old syllabus students faced a lot of inconvenience last year,so we all await fair justice this year.

  5. For 2012/2013 academic year there were 236,025 students who sat for the examination under the new syllabus while only 41,646 old syllabus students sat for the examination and they are also given a fourth attempt. So, I too don't think the repeaters should be given preferential treatment like in 2011/ 2012 academic year. The UGC authorities can always check back past couple of years data and confirm that other than for medicine the majority of students that enter the universities including Engineering are first attempt students.

  6. Advanced Level 2012 rescrutinized results are not released yet. When will they be released? Before admission procedures for academic year 2012/2013 commences and cut-off marks released rescrutinized results should be released.

  7. UGC must be quick to issue the hand book of 2012/2013 academic year.hope that they will work immediately to start the new academic year.Ugc should give the priority to 1st and 2nd attempts (New syllabus) this time.In last year, New syllabus students were neglected and old syllabus students were put up.So I hope this time priority will be given to new syllabus student..specially medicine and engineering ....
