Peradeniya University Students Protest over Weliweriya incident



Students of Peradeniya University have organized an agitation in front of Galaha Junction against the government that shoots down masses at Weliweriya.
The government, instead of responding justly for the people has unleashed its terror squads and has begun shooting down masses who ask for their rights. 
Meanwhile Ruhuna University students also organized Protest over Weliweriya incident today noon.



පසුගියදා වැලිවේරියේදී සිදුවූ හමුදා වෙඩිතැබීමට එරෙහිවත් එම ජනතාවගේ ජල ගැටලුවට වහාම විදඳුම් ලබාදෙන ලෙසත් ඉල්ලමින් පේරාදෙණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ සිසු සිසුවියෝ  (05) පේරාදෙණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලය ඉදිරිපිට දී විරෝධතාවයක නිරත වූහ .IUSF

  2. Ane munta pixu.igena gan awanam igen ganna.valiveriye university ekak nane oyalata kagahanna..ewa politics horu tika balgni.after u get a degree u can protest for anything..ahinska ammalge,tattalge balaporttu itu karanna ratawal hadan kagahanna isselaa hlw.

  3. Where is Peradeniya and where is Weliweriya? What is the connection among universities and Weliweriya? Peradeniya university is monopolised by JVP. Most of the protesters are not undergraduates but people from out and some of the protesters are forcibly dragged into it. Few of the lecturers are also organising and promoting such events. University authority should take a firm stand and inform the students who are not interested in their education to leave the university immediately.
