Grade 5 Scholarship Exam Results released  on October 4 for Examinations Department website www.doenets.lk and www.results.exams.gov.lk

Dinuka Krishan Kumar of Harischandra Maha Vidyalaya Negombo became island first by getting 198 marks. Indumini Jayarathne, Ganemulla Welipillewa Kanishta Vidyalaya 2nd Place. Sahas Dharmarathne Kirillawala Primary became 3rd place by getting 196 marks.

පහ ශ්රේණියේ 2013 ශිෂ්යත්ව විභාගයේ ප්රතිඵල අද නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ. ප්රතිඵල විභාග දෙපාර්ත මේන්තුවේ නිල වෙබ් අඩවිය වන www.doenets.lk වෙත පිවිස ලබාගත හැකි බව එම දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව නිකුත් කළ නිවේදනයක දැක්වේ.

2013 Grade 5 (Year Five) Scholarship examination results released today , 1 st October 2013,World Children's Day.
Sri Lanka Examinations commissioner General W M N J Pushpakumara states that year 5 scholarship exam results will be released to www.doenets.lk Web Site in the evening.
Results would be posted to respective schools today.The Grade 5 Scholarship examination was held on August 25 in 2836 centres with 329725 students sitting for the exam.

The Grade 5 / Year Five Scholarship Exam Paper 2013 will be issued with Vidunena Education paper after getting approval from Education Ministry. The 2013 Exam paper releasing date will be notice soon.

  1. One important issue we observed in second paper. One Question has a doubtable answer. This question was repeated in 2011 and 2013. It should be a nationally discussable issue in order to protect the Sinhala Language. For the particular question, appeared in the paper of 2011 the correct answer that Examination Department given was in Singular form. But this year it has been changed to a plural form. This is a question not only to students but for parents who followed Education Publication Department Guidelines. So sorry to Sinhalese
