University Students to Follow 80 Minutes Daily Exercises Program



University Students to do 80 Minutes Exercises Daily
Every university students in Sri Lanka to undergo a 40 minutes exercise session in the morning and 40 minutes exercises session in the evening said Higher Education Minister S.B. Dissanayake.
The aim of the program is to enhance the health condition of the students. Ministry is planning to build sports complexes, Gyms and swimming pools parallel to above program.
රට පුරා පිහිටි සෑම විශ්ව විද්යාලයක් තුළම සිසු සිසුවියන්ගේ ශරීර සෞඛ්යය ඉහළ දැමීම සදහා උදේ වරුවේ විනාඩි 40 සහ සවස් වරුවේ විනාඩි 40 ශරීර සුවතා වැඩසටහනක් කිරියාත්මක කරන බව උසස් අධ්යාපන අමාත් එස්.බී දිසානායක මහතා සදහන් කරයි.
එසේම සිසු සිසුවියන් රීඩා තරගාවලිවලට සහභාගී වනවිට දිනකට ලබාදුන් රුපියල් 250-350 ත් අතර දීමනා රුපියල් 500 ක් දක්වා ඉහළ දමන බවත්, ඔහු සඳහන් කරයි.
අමතරව විශ්ව විද්යාල තුළ රීඩාගාර, ශක්ති වර්ධන ශාලා හා පිහිනුම් තටාක ඉදිකිරීමට කටයුතු කරන බවත් ඔහු කියා සිටී.
