On December 4, five Rajarata campus students were attacked by an unknown
group and admitted to the Mihintale Hospital.
Two of these
students were attacked within their private hostels and other two were attacked
while going to their hostel.
12 men wearing masks and armed with knives, swords and daggers had attacked them.
