ReplyDeleteFriends, we have same problem also. i have 1.0198-z score, and my fiend has 1.3848 but stile our names not announced. i missed my attitude exam......... because i don't know about this...... My z score is better than some courses. We are vavuniya district. I properly know about attitude exam only today....p).... some of the students still don't know about this exams. please my friends, help your friends for this matter who don't know it. because we are same batch mates... our pain is not better than theirs.

DeleteIf you haven't announced for the 4th batch, it means you haven't got selected for the university entrance.Have you applied for other courses which are not consists with aptitude tests.Watch out the cut off marks again with your applied courses(courses without aptitude tests),to make sure that you are able to qualify for those courses.If there wouldn't any,i'm very sorry because i don't think this aptitude test issue wouldn't go any further to make an impact.I'm too lost my chance to enter to the MIT course in Kelaniya due to this retarded topic.But now i've to satisfy with the physical.I'm pretty sure that you would able to enter to physical science if you've applied.

Deletemake appeal for aptitude tests. They won't have it again but they have to do something regarding it.
DeleteIf you appeared to the exam from Vavuniya district,you would better to look again at cut off mark for physical science from your district.I'm pretty sure that it's way below than your z score.But it's valid only if you've applied to the course.

ReplyDelete4wd an appeal application (included in the university hand book) THROUGH REGISTERED MAIL with a letter explaining your issue (specially stating the courses you are eligible under the minimum z scores). Keep a copy of appeal application.

Also I could not face to aptitude tests. most of less z score students faced aptitude tests and have passed them. so they go for university entrance tomorrow.But we have good z score but haven't aptitude tests.

same thing happened to me dudes.But i appealed after talking to assistant commissioner. She said I can file a case. I said I would spend that money on a private degree. It is unfair they admit it. If many students appeal they will do SOMETHING, because they have to do.

ReplyDeleteYa they are late to send letter so many students go there and check whether they are selected. They have posted most of the letters even yesterday it seems. Wait for few days and see. If still you don't get the letter better go there and tell.

Enter your Index No in UGC site to check the selected course of study and see whether you are qualified for a degree.
DeleteIf you are qualified for some degree call UGC and tell that you didn't get any letter. They will tell that they posted all letters. Ask for the registered mail number of your letter if so.
what about appeals???
