Sri Lanka University students do not have to face mental health checks if UGC admits the students to universities without undue delay. The students who sat for the GCE A/Ls in 2012 still has not got the opportunity to send in their applications for University admissions due to UGC authorities dilly dallying. It is 10 months since the 2012 students sat for their A/Ls but still the uni admissions book is not released. I wonder whether UGC authorities have children of their own?
